• Q: How do I get a BVR addy (yourname@bvrmail.com)?
  A: You must subscribe for the BVR Core service. Or if you are already a BVR Core subscriber then, log into the CORE section and select Request WebMail. BVR WebMail services are a BVR Core only service. In the event you discontinue your subscription to BVR Core or have used this service for spam and/or for any other questionable reason your services will be immediately frozen then revoked.
• Q: I haven't received e-mail from the distribution list, is there something wrong?
  A: Yes, there are not a lot of broadcasts that go out but there are definitely broadcasts. Check your e-mail filters, you're email client might be flagging us as junk mail. Also, check your filters to allow all @bvrmail.com and @boisevalleyriders.org addresses. If all that looks good then Contact Us, perhaps we have the wrong e-mail address.
• Q: I have an account and password but it's still complaining that it's incorrect, what am I missing?
  A: Well, could be a number of things. First off, view the screenshot documentation and see if you're logging in correctly. Then refer to the help center to take it the next step.

  A: You must access the BVRMail Mobile device site at http://mobilemail.bvrmail.com
