  A: The websites, webtools and logos are designed and currently maintained by our Web team Preston Parkinson, Dan Cone, Paul Marshall and Colby Brown.
• Q: Why do you only use PayPal for your transactions?
  A: Sigh...Do we look like a department store? PayPal handles everything for us. In fact, it's in the buyer's best interest to use PayPal. Click here for more information.
• Q: Will my BVR beanie shrink?
  A: Yes it will a little. Drying it in high-heat to shrink items is an urban legand. In actuality washing clothes in hot, high aggitation does most of the work, then dry in high heat. Don't worry, it won't look like a sock when you're done. It doesn't shrink that much.
• Q: I ordered BVR apparel and it does not fit what can I do?
  A: Please refer to the BVR Store Fine Print" for order problems.
• Q: I want to order a size that is not listed in the Store. Is that possible?
  A: Special and Custom Sizes are available but not carried in stock. Please contact the for more information. Prices will vary slightly per item.
